APPEALS PROCESS 

1. To review the regulations for filing an appeal, click  "REGULATIONS" on the left. Appeals may be made only by those individuals who have registered properly for parking privileges and have paid all appropriate fees. Appeals submitted after seven calendar days of the ticket issue date will be accepted only after payment of the fine.

2. You may file an appeal by completing the Appeals form and sending it to the Parking Office. To view and/or to print the form, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Acrobat reader is available free of charge from Adobe. To print the form click here, then complete it. The form may be delivered or mailed (interoffice or regular) to the Parking Office, ATTN: Appeals, 1701 Lowergate Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30322. The form and supporting information  may also be faxed to the parking office. The fax number is 404-727-2673.

3. Email the following information to parking@emory.edu :

      e. Appeal Method. Identify whether you want a Personal Appearance Appeal or Written Appeal:
