GUIDELINES FOR MEDICAL RESIDENT PARKING REGISTRATION EMORY UNIVERSITY, MAIN CAMPUS, ATLANTA, GEORGIA May 2008 ATTENTION Continuing Medical Residents, Take a moment now and register for parking 2008-09 NOTE: If you are an incoming Medical Resident and will be attending an orientation on June 24, June 30, or July 1 you will register at that time. Please disregard this message. Due to the need for an increasing portion of Lowergate parking deck to be devoted to patient parking for this next permit year which runs from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008, PGY-2 as well as PGY-1 and those new to Emory regardless of PGY level will not be eligible for Lowergate. Residents in one of the above categories will have a choice between Peavine, Michael Street or Clairmont Campus decks. Your current parking permit will expire June 30, 2008 You can register on the Parking Services site. To register by web site, go to the Parking Services home page at http://www.epcs.emory.edu/park/ . In the left margin select the Medical Resident Registration 2008-2009.
You can login to the form by entering your Emory User ID and the password that you use to log in to the Emory network. If you do not know this information, you can call the Emory ITD help desk at 404-727-7777. When you have completed the form, "submit" it. The application on the web site can be accessed beginning Monday, May 21, 2008, and continuing through June. The Parking Office encourages you to register early (by June 6th) in order to insure that you have parking for July 1. Those who register early will be able to receive their permits in the mail. There is no charge for parking for the next year. This expense is being subsidized by the School of Medicine.
